GATS believes in offering the best possible training. If during the first day (course lasting more than one day) you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw from the course, simply notify the instructor, return all course materials, and receive a refund. All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal. If you need to return for refresher training for any reason within 1 year, do so, it will be free of tuition charge - subject to availability of slots.
