CISCO Learning Partner Program : CCNA - Voice

CCNA Voice (640-461): Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM v8.0)on Authorized curriculum.

At GATS we offer authorised CISCO training in Pune. GATS is an Authorised Cisco Learning Partner Associate, delivers CCNA Voice training on authorised curriculum. The 640-461 ICOMM v8.0 is the composite exam associated with the Cisco Certified Network Associate- Voice certification . Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM v8.0) course at GATS in Pune, in this course candidate will receive authorised Study Material viz., Student Guide and Lab Guide along with Exam Voucher of the respective CCNA Voice 640-461 exam, and Hands-on Lab Practice on well-lit Cisco Standard Lab (Physical Cisco Equipments).


Prerequisites

The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are as follows:
Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks
Basic knowledge of Cisco IOS gateways

Cisco introduced Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM) v8.0 teaches the learners how to maintain and operate a Cisco Unified Communications solution that is based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence is conducted at GATS. This course at GATS in Pune, India provides the learners with the knowledge and skills to achieve associate-level competency in Cisco Unified Communications. This course introduces the architecture, components, functionalities, and features of Cisco Unified Communications solutions and describes how daily job tasks, such as system monitoring, moves, adds, and changes are performed on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this Cisco course at GATS Pune, you should be able to:

Describe the components of a Cisco Unified Communications solution and identify call signaling and media stream flows.
Provide an overview of administrator and end-user interface options in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Presence.
Understand call flows in Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express.
